The Kraken Pro is the result of close collaboration between Makara Works and our design studio in Shanghai, creating a storage system that is much more than just a piece of furniture. It combines technology, organisation and aesthetics in a single, well-designed product. Whether for high-quality fishing equipment, collectibles or outdoor gear, Kraken Pro showcases personal items in a visible way: secure, organised and with a sense of design. Precise German engineering, luxurious materials and an eye for every detail make the Kraken Pro a statement piece in any living space – for people who want to combine passion, functionality and style.

At the centre: a rotating cylinder – 360° movement, all-round access that makes the interior intuitively accessible. With a diameter of only 25 cm and yet high capacity, space is used efficiently without appearing dominant. 18 flexibly height-adjustable rails create space for a wide variety of objects, securely held in place by precise spring systems that can carry up to 3 kilograms per element.

Every line, every curve, every gap was thought through, drawn, discarded, reinvented – until form and function became inseparable. From the first scribble to the final form, the Kraken Pro was thought through in detail and developed with the utmost precision in our studio in Shanghai. Countless sketches, drafts and prototypes culminated in a design in which form and function merge inseparably. Here, design is revealed as a precise craft, planned down to the millimetre.

Kraken Pro also stands for responsibility when it comes to material selection and production: all plastic parts are made from recycled materials, including recycled plastic bags. The aluminium surface is anodised without harmful substances – emission-free, durable and environmentally conscious. No toxic paints, no unnecessary pollution. Instead: materials that are designed to last.
