eVTOL
The Range LE200 is not just a product, but a promise. An eVTOL designed for people, not just sketches. Together with Range Aviation, studiokurbos turned vision into reality. From conceptual development to the implementation of a complete 1:1 model of the interior and exterior – tangible, walk-in, full-size. The goal was to create an eVTOL that not only impresses technologically, but also responds to people in terms of space and atmosphere. The project celebrated its public premiere at the Zhuhai Airshow 2025, where the eVTOL was seen for the first time as a physical experience.

AVIATION
Stage was interior design. The task was to reinterpret the existing volume and consistently optimize it for human proportions. The focus was primarily on ergonomics and space usage. Numerous approaches from the automotive sector were also included – particularly with regard to seating logic, ease of movement, and integrated comfort functions. The result is an interior that respects technical constraints while achieving maximum usability.

FLYING
UNDER
THE STARS
Two interior variants were designed – the spacious 1+2 layout as a premium version and the ergonomically evaluated 6-seater configuration. These were developed consistently from a human perspective and designed for maximum space usage, comfort, and functionality.
The CMF concept focuses on a colour palette that is both calming and expressive, conveying clarity and luxury. Leather-covered seats create a high-quality ambience and support the demand for comfort on longer journeys. Functional details such as an integrated cooler, a sliding iPad holder and a rotating, compact table allow moments of concentration above the clouds. A starry sky roof, crossed by meteors, expands the space emotionally and adds a special depth to the flight experience. The interior is complemented by a separate, spacious luggage compartment for four 20-inch suitcases.

FUTURE
BECOMES
REALITY
At the renowned Zhuhai Airshow 2025, also known as AERO Asia, the Range LE200 was presented not as a concept, but in reality. The 1:1 model realized by studiokurbos allowed immediate access to the feeling of space, ergonomics, and material effect. Visitors could enter the interior, take a seat, and directly experience the functionality of the individual elements. The trade fair presentation made it clear that this wasn't just talk about the future, the future is being shaped right there.

HARMONY
The exterior of the Range LE200 was created as a 1:1 model based on the customer's existing design and carefully coordinated with the newly developed interior. Although the exterior shape was determined in advance, the close integration of the interior and exterior resulted in a harmonious overall look. Proportion, function and experience come together to give the LE200 a clear, confident presence.
