"Makara One" is a newly interpreted electric boat and represents a visionary, sustainable and unique approach to water sports. As an innovative form of future mobility, it can be enjoyed both in nature and in urban environments. The boat offers space for a driver and thus retains its sporty manoeuvrability, while the electric drive ensures a very quiet and natural experience on the water surface.

construction

For the interior trim, glass fibre mats are coated with a black resin. The fibres remain visible, which gives the surfaces a unique structure. Frosted acrylic glass integrated into the armrest not only enhances the feeling of space, but also reveals the steering controls underneath. Translucency and highligting the technical parts thus provides a feeling of both ease of control and safety. In the seat construction, all functional elements remain uncovered as well, which again emphasizes the functionality and, naturally, ensures weight savings.

Design and construction go hand in hand in the overall development, always with consideration of materials and various component manufacturing methods. The entire construction is based on a carefully thought-out lightweight principle. Besides precisely calculated recesses in the seat mounting, it includes an ensemble of slenderised and stabilising material wall thicknesses. Furthermore, the CAD development involved planning, such as integrated drainage options for the special application area in water.

The interior design and details such as accessories, storage compartments, and protective covers form an elegant and harmonious overall concept together with the given hull. Clever details, like the integrated recess in the edge protection, ensure easy handling. The seat slide, along with a sophisticated steering system, forms a unit and serves as the core of the electric kayak. The choice of high-quality materials underscores the exclusivity and positioning of the project in the premium segment of the industry. Throughout the entire boat, waterproof genuine materials are used, emphasizing the sporty and nature-oriented characteristics.

The neutral colour concept convinces with pure elegance and sportiness. Further designs feature accent colours in "Aquablue", "Juicy Orange" and "Limegreen". These accent colours highlight selected design elements, such as the steering system or seat upholstery.
